TOS

- Once the sketch is done, I will send it for approval before continuing.
- I will provide a couple revisions for mistakes on my part in reading the reference. More revisions may incur extra charges.
- you can expect to receive the commission between 2 weeks and 2 months after confirmation. If you need to be sure to have it before two months, I can do it faster for an extra fee.Use:
- I may use your commission for portfolio/self-promotional purposes.
- You may not modify the artwork, resell it, turn it into merchandise, nor use it in commercial projects or as NFT.
- You may crop the artwork for icons or forum banners (for personal use) or print it in minimal quantities for personal use.
- You must not remove the signature. Whenever the illustration is shared or displayed, the illustrator must be properly credited (with a link to one of their accounts/websites).Payment:
- Once the commission is accepted, the work on it will not start until it has been paid in full. I reserve the right to refuse any commission without justification, so don't pay before receiving confirmation it's been accepted.
- Except for commissions 100$ and above, for which a payment plan can be arranged by email.
- Payment is through paypal, ko-fi, or bank transfer.
- Full refund is possible if work hasn't been started on it. Otherwise, refund is only partial. If most of the work has been done, no refund will be issued. In case of any refund, you will lose right of use of the unfinished commission.
